PAYMENT, SHIPPING, GENERAL TERMS, & RETURN POLICY:

~*Shipping Time & Services: Orders are generally processed and shiped out within a weeks time. On occasion, larger orders, and/or some orders may be delayed; however we will make every attempt to process your order as quickly as possible. . RUSH ORDERS are welcome, however; arrangements MUST be made & approved in advance by e-mail. U.S. orders are shipped through USPS First Class (4-5 days), Priority Mail (2-3 days), or Media Mail (7-10 days), UPS Ground (up to 5 business days): shipping method depends on item(s) & weight. ***LARGE ITEMS, such as backdrops, columns, & props, may take 2-4 weeks to ship (variable shipping services available, depending on size of order)***

~*Insurance Terms: Insurance is included with every order. It covers lost items. Lost package claims can only be made if the package was not confirmed delivered through USPS "delivery confirmation" service.

Insurance covers damaged items. In the rare case if your item is received damaged due to shipping, We will replace it at no additional cost.
